Hanam Misa Riverside Commercial Block-2 Complex is located at the best location in the central commercial area of Hanam Land Development. It is a landmark of Misa riverside and a mixed-use public building with a high-end street mall and public pedestrian pathway. ''Hyosung Harrington Tower the First'' is located adjacent to the Hanam sports stadium and close to the Mangwol stream and Misa central waterside park. The site has views of Han River, Geomdan Mountain and Misari boat race course. It was planned to form a communal space of the city with the composition of open public land linked with the main street and outdoor space with various characteristics (rest space, outdoor terrace, sharing courtyard, pedestrian arcade and others).
