- Introduction
- The site is located near a large-scale digital national industrial complex and Gasan Fashion Town, and it is a convenient location for transportation as it is close to Gasan Digital Complex subway station and Gangnam Beltway. The excellent views of Anyangcheon Waterfront Park make the area a suitable place for commuting and leisure. Roof green spaces were made on the rooftop of the main and parking building to provide spaces for rest and leisure, and various community facilities were arranged evenly. Private terraces were provided for the lower floor units, and attics with large windows were also planned by increasing the floor height to improve openness. Different unit types are planned in rotation to distinct the elevation design.
