- Introduction
- The mixed-use complex including business (including officetels) and commercial programs maximizes user convenience through organic connections with various nearby facilities (Kintex Exhibition Hall 1, Hyundai Department Store, Ilsan Newtown). To secure the view of the surrounding area at the pedestrian path to the project site, the distance between the buildings was kept over the minimum standard. A plaza was created in the center as an open space to attract the transient population from Ilsan Newtown to GTX Station via the site. The iconic high-rise mixed-use complex with business and commercial facilities was arranged considering the connection with KINTEX and Hallyuworld to enhance the relationship with the exhibition and convention industry. The complex will be completed as an attractive and colorful space through the open space, circulation, and facility arrangement.
