- The site has an outstanding regional condition as it is a five-minute walk from the subway station, adjacent to trendy commercial facilities such as Starfield Goyang, IKEA, and Nonghyup Hanaro Mart, and is also located in the southernmost part of Samsong District, which is close to Seoul. This facility is equipped with offices, dormitories residential officetels, and broadcasting studios that can produce MBN's own programs. The officetel units are arranged towards the Southeast to provide the best living environment with sunlight and cross ventilation. The project was completed successfully by providing DCM service that combines design and CM.
