Introduction: The project was initiated to establish a symbolic landmark in Songdo International City, aiming to develop it as a prominent business hub in Northeast Asia. Designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates (KPF) and executed in construction documentation phase by Heerim, this project features a 305-meter tall, 68-story super-tall tower. The tower boasts world-class shopping spaces and accommodation facilities, aligning with the surrounding development areas in Songdo and establishing close connectivity with new facilities in the vicinity. The project encompasses various functions, including office spaces, serviced apartments, a hotel (Oakwood Premier Incheon), commercial facilities, and an underground parking lot.
