							- Introduction
 - Designed and supervised by Heerim, the "2018 PyeongChang Winter Olympics Figure Skating/Short Track Arena" is an environmentally friendly and forward-thinking venue that meets the facility standards set by the International Olympic Committee (IOC) and the International Skating Union (ISU). This arena was designed based on three fundamental principles: the construction of an internationally standardized venue and temporary facilities for a successful Olympic event, the consideration of regional identity through symbolic forms and material selection for environmentally friendly and forward-thinking construction, and a volume review for easy resource recycling and maintenance for post-event usability. The arena captures the beauty of figure skating and the dynamism of short track, reflecting the uniqueness of short track athlete helmets in its design concept, becoming a winter Olympics legacy and a landmark with distinctive originality. The seating layout plan ensures rational spectator flow, efficient facilities, and an optimal viewing environment. Furthermore, the design facilitates post-event usability, envisioning the venue's transformation into a versatile multi-cultural sports facility, including an ice rink, performance hall, exhibition space, and more.
