- Introduction
- Hanoi in Vietnam is centered around Hoan Kiem Lake, forming downtown areas with densely populated government offcies, tourism, cultural facilities and markets. Lake Ho Tai, the largest lake in Hanoi, located on the north-western outskirts iwhich connects the old city center and Noi-bai International Airport. The city development projects are being carried out mainly on this axis. The West Lake on the east side, the Peace Park on the west side, the Friendship Park and the National History Museum, and the diplomatic complex on the north side are under development on the site, which makes a region with a very high potential to grow as a new city center. As a core element of urban vision and design concept, the NAC axis (National Administration Center Axis), which is located from east to west across the center of the site, is planned to be built. The project focuses to become as the leading business city, advanced residential complex, eco-friendly and cultural city in connection with state-level symbolic facilities.
