- Introduction
- Gunsan Arts Center is a symbol of "Open City Gunsan" and designed to become a lively and dynamic landmark of the city. There are large performance hall with 1,200 seats, small hall with 450 seats and approximately 250㎡ and 300㎡ sized exhibition spaces. Multi-functional public urban space was created where performances, exhibitions, meetings, leisure and play area are dispersed around architectural buildings and plaza. In addition, Gunsan Art Center is designed as a space that acts like Prism that spreads the power of culture and art. It is not a hierarchical place for minority of people to view exhibitions as it used to be in the past, but a place that is open to public including all citizens of Gunsan.
