Kyudong Navien New Factory located in Pyeongtaek, which Heerim have won its competition in 2010, has been successfully completed in 2015. Upon securing new production capacity to meet global market demands with this new factory, Kyudong now desire to take forward its ambitious vision of becoming the global energy company by transforming the domestic demand-oriented boiler market into an export industry.
This large scale project was initiated to cluster a number of existing factories scattered in various regions, where Heerim' design approach focused on enhancing the brand image of Kyungdong as well as to embody its vision and innovative technology in the architecture. Large square is provided in the building front to secure efficient internal circulation related to the production, storage and delivery of products, while the connection bridge between the main factory and the administrative/welfare buildings to promote effective operation and management. Combining its in-depth experience and knowledge in industrial facilities, Heerim's design mind strived to improve the production capability as well as the corporate image of Kyundong. The new factory is located in Suwolamri, Seotanmyeon in Pyeongtaek city of Gyeonggi Province which features 4 main factory buildings, administrative/welfare building for the employees, a football field and 10 other amenity facilities.
