Introduction: SK gas eco-hub center, designed in response to the client's demand for a reinterpretation of the core ideology of the Renaissance era using architectural vocabulary, stands out with distinctiveness from its surrounding structures. The square-shaped exterior embodies Semper's value of constancy, utilizing natural stone, the source of SK Gas Energy, as the external material to create a classic facade design. Contrastingly, the interior content is implemented with a futuristic design, aiming to present a new paradigm for the office of the future. Incorporating eco-friendly elements such as double facades, rooftop gardens, smart glass, and natural lighting systems, the building actively embraces sustainability. Moreover, SK gas eco-hub center has achieved international recognition with LEED Platinum and BREEAM Very Good certifications, solidifying its status as an environmentally friendly, low-energy architectural marvel.
