Introduction: Haeundae Beach Golf & Resort is situated within the East Busan OSIRIA Tourist Complex, boasting an optimal location with views of the sea and mountains. The resort has diversified its unit types and layouts to harmonize with the existing terrain while maximizing the marketability of ocean-view offerings. Three specialized unit types were designed to maximize the marketability such as 9 private villa types with a concept of "Enjoying the fairway like a garden in the heavenly landscape in nine pavilions with clouds", "The Cube Ten" with a concept of "Leisurely space, becoming one with nature" and "Ocean Terrace" with a concept of "Emerald view, enjoying the ocean view with 12 nature screens". In addition, the interior is maximized in terms of view and light so that you can enjoy the great outdoors with the surrounding environment overlooking the pine forest. Natural textures were used for finishing materials that harmoniously combines nature and architecture to create the best architectural value. Haeundae Beach Golf & Resort aims to fulfill the needs of various clientele as a "new concept four-season, stay-type luxury marine resort" that offers differentiated landscapes.
