Located in the heart of Sejong City, "Sejong Jungheung S-Class Centum City" is meticulously planned as a green-sharing complex, embracing the concepts of urban sharing, complex sharing, and neighborly sharing. The development spans a vast area with a width of 81m and a length of 484m, creating a massive village forest equivalent to the size of four soccer fields. The project boasts eco-friendly external spaces, a dynamic skyline, and overlapping landscapes that provide a panoramic view of all residential buildings within the complex. Emphasizing the sharing concept, the project features specialized low-rise buildings harmonizing with ecological pedestrian paths, environmentally conscious towers considering urban structures, and community-focused buildings connecting commercial facilities with living spaces. Various interactive residential spaces include diverse community areas, terrace spaces within individual, 16 different residential types, distinct unit layouts, duplex terraces, and alpha spaces using the underground PIT for facilities. Particularly noteworthy is Sejong Jungheung S-Class Centum City's commitment to reducing guideline unit numbers by 10%, minimizing floor area ratios to maximize expansive external spaces. The development ensures 100% southern exposure, optimal ventilation, and a comfortable living environment through an integrated approach utilizing the central axis and wind pathways within the complex. Expanding outdoor spaces host diverse community facilities, promoting interaction among residents, while abundant natural spaces contribute to realizing an eco-friendly apartment complex. Sejong Jungheung S-Class Centum City is dedicated to providing a sustainable and enjoyable living environment, embodying the essence of shared living in a vibrant urban setting.
