Mixed-Use complex of Gwanggyo Block C2 in Suwon city has office-tel, residential apartment building, retail facilities with the concept of "Star Spectrum". Skyline and multi-direction views are formed considering meditation park, woncheon lake and surrounding residential environment to create a new living environment and scenery. Especially the office-tel building has all around view of Woncheon lake for every residential unit under the concept of "All for Lake View". Outdoor space has a shining streetscape linked with retail facilities, nature is embodied through light plaza and sky garden and community walk program is introduced to make the complex as a Golden City. Gwanggyo Jungheung S-Class will become a new star that connects Nature, City and Human with various characteristics and facilities such as apartment, ground like underground space, theme type shopping mall and retails.
