Design
- Introduction
- The project is intended to build a pleasant and efficient work environment for enhancing the status of the Korean Teachers' Credit Union, educational personnel welfare agency, and fulfilling corporate philosophy. The project also has a meaning to build an architecture with a cutting-edge work space that is eco-friendly and energy-saving reflecting a future-oriented vision. Therefore, Heerim has proposed an individuality of the space and specialized strategy under the design concept of "The Giving Tree" that embodies the corporate philosophy for public interest of benefit association into an architectural space on the premises of the Korean Teachers' Credit Uniton vision - "40 years of walking together, a high-quality 100-year education family welfare organization that is sprouted with greate passion". Office of the Korean Teachers' Credit Union is designed on the upper level to optimize work environment and maximize work efficiency, where support & public facilities are designed on the lower level in order to increase and maximize efficiency and publicness of the building. In addition, office spaces for leasing are planned that meet the conditions of prime office and differentiated private facilities for the Korean Teachers' Credit Union and attraction factors for citizens, vitalization plan are made by designing a multi-use culture facility and neighborhood living facility open to the citizens.
