Starlake B3CC1 complex development project in Hanoi, Vietnam, is a venture that involves the construction of a 5-star hotel along with prime office spaces, retail outlets, and service residences. This initiative is based on the proposal put forth by Heerim and was contracted in May 2019. The chosen site is strategically located on the route from Noi Bai International Airport to Hanoi, making it a crucial focal point for visitors to form their first impressions of Starlake City. Furthermore, this building holds significance as the first major real estate development project in Vietnam directly invested in by a domestic financial institution. The B3CC1 project plans to develop prime-grade office spaces and associated facilities spanning a total floor area of 70,000 square meters. This strategic endeavor aims to address the shortage of upscale office spaces caused by the attraction of international corporations to Hanoi. By providing competitive offerings, the project seeks to cater to the demands of Hanoi's business landscape. The hotel and service residences will operate under the new 5-star hotel brand "Monogram," launched by the domestic operator Hotel Shilla. The hotel will feature 319 rooms, while the service residences will comprise 221 rooms. The interior design is also being comprehensively handled by Heerim, and initial interior design consultations for the hotel and service residences were conducted in collaboration with overseas hotel interior design experts. The façade design draws inspiration from Vietnam's traditional terraced landscapes and traditional clothing (Ao Dai), to create a captivating structure within the surrounding landscape. Moreover, landscape design, tailored to each individual space, not only creates a harmonious connection between the interior and exterior of the building but also establishes a seamless link with the park area to the south and the overarching landscape axis of Starlake City. As a result, there is an expectation that this integration will position the building as a landmark in Hanoi, enhancing its significance within the city's urban fabric.
