The KBS Future Broadcasting Center was designed with the ultimate goal of not merely creating a single broadcasting building, but of presenting KBS's unified vision with the existing facilities. By introducing forward-looking systems, the aim was to establish the foundation for KBS to become the global number one. Located along the main road near the National Assembly, the KBS Future Broadcasting Center aimed to create a new face for KBS and provide a forward-looking image. The spacious front plaza and the pedestrian path (K-Street) were designed to encourage ongoing visits from Hallyu fans. The ground floor featured an entertainment open hall as the centerpiece, surrounded by exhibition, experiential, and commercial spaces, contributing to a vibrant and dynamic atmosphere.
