- Introduction
- This project has been pursued to create an independent cultural community and to gain community space in conjunction with the Seongnam Pangyo New Town Development. Firstly, the small sized Exhibition Hall was built in 2006, and with the request of the owner the design of the museum has been changed to a Youth Center, as well as, a new indoor swimming pool has been added. The Public Library and the Youth Center are due to be finished within 2010.
