Korea Power Exchange Headquaters implemented BIM design technology method throughout the design, construction, maintenance, and administration phase. Heerim created nation’s first "BIM Design Guideline" according to the "BIM Application Guide for the building construction sector" published by Ministry of Land.
Moreover, Heerim’s strategic response to the submission requirements, different submittals from the previous competition such as IFC data conversion and Rapid prototype model making, was highly praised and lead to winning the design competition.
