- Introduction

To promote a balanced development throughout the nation, public institutions offer relocation plans to sub-urban to areas of Gwangju and Cheon-nam National Co-Innovation urbanization zone. The design competition consisted of a functional and sustainable Office building that not only harmonizes within its context but also showcase Futuristic architectural features.
Low-Carbon/ Green design, new-renewable energy implementation have been introduced to create a ubiquitous based functional U-City and the supporting systems. With the intention of leading the green energy industry, this building that holds the symbolism of a future-oriented design with the provision of the world’s most integrated and comprehensive plant services.
