Introduction: The Daegu Gyeongbuk Institute of Science and Technology (DGIST) initiated a project to establish educational and research facilities through a lease-based private investment venture, aiming to advance cutting-edge science and technology development and support technological growth in the local industry. This project was designed to be at the forefront of educational and research facilities, incorporating the latest trends and providing state-of-the-art infrastructure. With a focus on environmental sustainability and the improvement of educational facility environments, the project aimed to establish clear distinctions in pathways and facilities.
