The new integrated Gwanak District Office building was designed to be an educational, symbolic open source for local residents.
The green network of Gwanak District is an ecological neuro-network of the Nature, suggesting an opening of the closed space from the north to the south of district. This also could be seen as a connection between Mt.Bukhan to Mt.Gwanak in a wider context. The indoor and outdoor green spaces which, were planned as a zone on each level, are closely connected to each program that improve work efficiency and business environment of the district office.
