- Introduction
- We worked out a plan to enable the Cultural Welfare House in Yeoksam-dong to carry out cultural administration events to meet the various welfare needs of the neighborhoods and other residents, and help them engage in social and leisure activities. We began our arrangement plan by establishing the relationships among the administration, welfare, and cultural programs. Mass was divided according to the characteristics of a program which resulted the two separate spaces on the lift and the right of the public space.
