- Introduction
- Heerim has won and designed a 738 households apartment building in the maritime leisure complex city - Ulsan Blumacity, which is developed for about 30,000 pyeong in Northern district of Ulsan.Bluecity is a large scale marine complex tourism city composed by residential and commercial uses and it is a core region of Ulsan city's long-term development project of Gangdong in connection with Gangdong Tourism District, Gangdong Marine Tourism District, Gangdong Mountain Tourism District and Gangdong Hot Spring District. Blumacity Prugio, designed by Heerim, is the first sale in lots case and is becoming a design motif for future residential district with its environment-friendly design and thoughtful design concept about marine and residence.
