- Introduction
- Galleria Palace is located in Jamsil, a representative residential area created by a large-scaled housing development in Seoul. Galleria Palace has been developed as a residential and commercial complex to secure the both economic feasibility and habitability. Heerim also considered the convenience of residents by placing grocery stores, restaurants, amenities, a clinic, and a gym in the complex. The basement space, including the ground level, is clearly separated as a traffic space for vehicles. The large-scale outdoor open space created by the deck on the second floor, which covers the basement, is open to the residents and the local community.
