Uzbekistan Tashkent International Airport New Passenger Terminal Feasibility Study

Design
Introduction
Tashkent International Airport is a hub airport of Uzbekistan, located 6km from the city center, with three operational terminals (T1- VIP Terminal, T2-International, T3-Domestic). However, owing to the already saturated capacity of the international terminal due to the growing int'l air traffic demand, the government of Uzbekistan desires to promptly construct a new int'l terminal to meet the increased needs. In this light, the KOICA has organized a strategic consortium team including Heerim to undertake the development of the new terminal. The scope of this project includes performing feasibility study and establishing a basic plan for the construction of the new int’l terminal to accommodate the targeted annual passenger traffic of 5.7 million.
