Introduction: MBC Dream Center, located in Ilsan, Goyang City, was planned to be constructed as a high-tech integrated office, reflecting broadcasting environment that changes rapidly. This project is proposed to be a production center, opened with diverse accessibility as well as creating theme park to invite visitors to naturally participate in video production. Heerim has contributed to the project of constructing infrastructure for cultural tourism in Ilsan by planning the form considering the symbolic value of the local area and city of Ilsan.
