Located in the natural green area of Hamyang-gun, this building group project began for three purposes. The Culture and Arts Center aims to improve the quality of life by providing a space for the residents to enjoy culture and arts, and the museum, by preserving and maintaining various types of cultural assets, aims to uplift the prides of the citizens in regards to the regional culture and history while promoting attractions to the visitors. Also, the social welfare center was established to center around the promotion of welfare of the county residents.
The Culture and Arts Center is given the iconic image that represents the regional society in space and form, and thereby aims to become the archietcture which the county residents take pride in.
