Introduction: The Hong Kong Housing was an international design competition project hosted by the Chinese government in 2001. Where Heerim won its bid in consortium with Tom IP & Partners Architects, prevailing over 48 other bidders. The site of Hong Kong Housing project is the first residential development for Shui Chuen O. The proposed site is located in Shui Chuen O of Shak Area 52, and south of Pok Hong Estate and Sha Tin Wai. For the project, Heerim proposed innovative development themes, sustainable architecture and environmental improvement.
