Design
- Introduction
- Sinasan Moaelgaa Vista 1BL and 2BL were designed with consideration for the characteristics of the large-scale complex established along the southern National Route 45, a major arterial road. Additionally, to address the disconnection between existing communities caused by this complex, a landscape plan was created with a focus on a rural landscape along a 40-meter wide visual axis (school route) running north to south. A well-integrated residential area was formed that harmonizes with existing apartments. The unified layout of the two complexes, 1BL and 2BL, takes into account pedestrian traffic and views, resulting in a distinctive village landscape that blends seamlessly with the existing residential landscape.
