- Introduction
- Digital Seoul 1(ICN10) Data Center, commissioned by Digital Reality, is a reinforced concrete structure data center with 11 floors above ground and 2 underground levels. The underground levels are constructed using the TOP DOWN approach (slurry wall + STD), while the above ground levels utilized the Gang Form+Deck Plate+DH Beam+Post Tension method. Moreover, the rooftop (2 levels) was constructed using steel frames. Supervision guidelines were established and managed for construction commencement, execution, processes, safety and environmental issues. Underground levels focus on the slurry walls quality and STD safety, while above ground levels focuses on installation and duration of DH Beam floor post and the vertical stability of external walls. Furthermore, meticulous pre-management and frame process control were implemented to meet the schedule for importing long lead equipment.
