Current construction site is located in Industrial complex 3 Gumi Campus in Gumi city, two storey canteen building was designed as kitchen and canteen on the first floor and a rest room for employees, corperation room on the second floor of the building, which was a building extension construction to 700 seats canteen space due to confined space. The Parking lot was constructed by CIP sheathing and PC assembly methods with 3 basement floors, 1,360 parking spaces in outdoor sports field on the backdoor side and an artificial football field was designed on the ground.
Construction cost for the canteen was 10 billion KRW and 35 billion KRW for the parking lot, where two constructors were involved in the project. Depending on the safety management program of the contractor, Samsung Electronics, personalized safety patrol duties were carried out twice a day. Due to these efforts, the construction was completed accident-free and an appreciation plaque was awarded by superintendent of Samsung Electronics.
