- Introduction

The concept of the project is a gigantic tree as a landmark in Yang-Jae road. The building’s projected parts symbolizing the tree are utilized as eco-friendly elements blocking the sunlight. Open plan and the central core has been proposed to maximize the efficiency of the work space, and interior of the main area such as lobbies, auditoriums and halls has been designed in cooperation with the overseas architectural firm (Peter Pran). With a Fast Track system, the design and construction period has been shortened.
