- Introduction

Heerim realized the design concepts of change, link, and control, based on the basic concept of the ‘Floating Railway’. For the concept of “change”, Heerim expressed the appearance of the new and ever-changing office building by forming a visual network linking the east and the west through a high-rise tower, while making the lower level parallel to the railway to show the changing sense of speed according to the focal point of the railway.
The concept of “link” was realized by harmonizing a series of public programs linking the eastern square, the access ramp of the south of the site, the promotion center, the lobby of the main auditorium, the snack bar, and the railway observatory.
