- Introduction
- Pocheon Logipolis Distribution Center offeres easy access within the metropolitan area. In the north, it is surrounded by mountains and a golf course, ensuring minimal noise and resident complaints. Since it is close to the Sejong-Pocheon Expressway and has an ideal site conditions for logistics operations, it lead to the acquisition of the land. Basic plan maximizes the synergy by the multi-level docking system, which utilized the site's slope and access of various vehicles. Simultaneously, the expansion of vehicle docking areas enhances rental efficiency and competitiveness. The logistics warehouse will feature a sophisticated facade with a vibrant array of colors and grid patterns, creating a distinguished visual identity and a modern image. In response to the client’s request, part of the B2 logistics warehouse has been modified to include a vehicle docking facility. Every warehouse is connected with parking ramps, segregating vehicle and worker circulation to prevent safety incidents from the outset. Additionally, a mezzanine floor is planned to be used as office space, rest areas, dining, and meeting rooms for employees. Utility rooms, such as mechanical, electrical, and generator rooms, will be strategically placed under the basement ramps, ensuring they are separated from the warehouse areas and zoned for individual control systems, facilitating efficient management. There are several warehouse facilities nearby Logipolis, but they are mostly small and specialized. However, logistics warehouses are increasingly scaling up for efficient distribution operations. Located at the heart of Pocheon, Pocheon Logipolis Distribution Center significantly enhances its competitiveness with expansive warehouse facilities. It is poised to establish itself as a leading distribution hub capable of same-day delivery within metropolitan area, leveraging excellent location advantages. This center has laid a foundation to provide distribution services based on state-of-the-art facilities.
