Introduction: The concept of this project was not only to express a dynamic modern sculptural architecture like BEXCO but also, to express the various functions, such as department stores, restaurants, and movie theatres, using the curtain wall structure and mass configuration. Lower stories under the seventh floor form the foundation of the building, and the sides of the building were planned with a curtain wall of light grey clad and low-emission glass with medium reflectivity for department stores. This design considered the functions of an internal sales space while emphasizing a transparency to reveal the functions and dynamics to the outside.
