Design

Introduction: Sheraton Incheon Hotel was planned with the intention of providing a relaxing and leisurely space for business visitors in Songdo International City. Additionally, the hotel was designed to be well-equipped for large-scale events such as international conferences. The focus was on creating a comfortable environment for guests to unwind while also catering to the needs of major events and gatherings. Based on the exterior design that was in progress during the preliminary design phase by HOK, Heerim carried out modifications to the preliminary design and proceeded with design development and construction documentation.
