Jack Nicklaus Golf Club House

Design

Introduction: Jack Nicklaus Golf Club House was the project promoted in Songdo International Business District of Incheon Metropolitan City for the first time in Asia. Global design office, Cannon Design, carried out the Schematic and Design Development phase of the project. Heerim participated in the Design Development phase and performed Construction Documentation phase as a local architect. The clubhouse is located in the center of the golf course, and about 150 villas are arranged in harmony with the golf complex. Additionally, amenity buildings such as teahouse, administration building are also located in the complex.
