Heerim was awarded 1st prize for the new headquarters of the Korea Credit Guarantee Fund as a part of the development of the Daegu Sinseo Innovation City.
With the three design goals of harmonizing the building with the surrounding nature, facilitating state-of-the-art office environments, and creating a new symbol of the Daegu Sinseo Innovation City, the project proposed an office building benefiting from the synergetic influence of the environment within and around its boundaries.
