Introduction: We tried to guarantee profitability, which is a big issue for commercial facilities, through sufficient investigation of the numerous variables in advance. This included a study of the surrounding
environment, an analysis of the commercial zone from many different angles, and a demand forecast for this project. This complex leisure sports facility, which includes a ski dome, water park, spa, driving range, and gym, can be used all year round. The first indoor ski slope in Korea will meet the diverse interests of ski lovers, and energy-saving and year-round use are enabled through an artificial snow system that can be used at room temperature.
