The complex has been supplied by the Korea Housing Corporation in the housing development site at Nohyeong Jeju. The project was highly praised and won the excellence award at the 1st Korea Ecological Architecture Best Awards in 2006, a first in the residential property section. It also won the Presidential Prize, the grand prix in the apartment section, at the 2006 Korean Architecture Awards.
