Introduction: SK C&C IT Complex is an urban datacenter located in Pangyo-Techno Valley, pursuing harmony between the arrangement of huge volume and nearby office facilities. The entire mass was segmented into two large boxes according to unit floor layout of two cores at each side of the building to form a reasonable composition of exterior, and the elevation of segmented mass configured a server lag. SK C&C IT Complex is sorted into ITC and office, and eco-friendly energy systems such as 150m geothermal heating & cooling system, photovoltaic system, and etc. were applied to create pleasant research environment. To supply electricity continuously, 154kVA power substation, UPS of 15 minutes run-time, 11 2,250KW diesel power generators are installed.
