Design
- Introduction
- In June 2019, Heerim's design was selected as final in the residence election held by the redevelopment committee of Jamwon Donga Apartment Remodeling. The complex which is consists of 1,139 units with buildings of 4 basement floors and 23 upper floors, changed the cityscape with the artistic landscape design making the best value. Heerim suggested the remodeling plan of expanding the exclusive area of all existing units as well as improving the business value by securing additional pre-sale units with vertical expansion of 2-3 floors. In addition, the project has secured symbolism through a 100-meter-long Sky Community and specialized roof design with Hangang River view while improving the urban landscape of the Express Terminal area with luxury landmark and façade exteriors.
