Design
- Introduction
- The project was developed as Jungheung S-Class with 1,532 household units by establishing district unit plan in national industrial complex No. 4, where the land was purchased by the Jungheung Construction Co., Ltd. The project was conducted jointly with local companies, so that architectural review, permit & approval process of provincial government were proceeded without delays. The design considered to link with neighboring Seosan CC, daylight, skylight, scenery and the skyline in harmony with streetscape and the surrounding residential complexes. Natural underground parking lot entrance was utilized through the inclination of the east side access road. A large community plaza was formed in the center of the complex linked with subsidiary facilities in order to design a living space where residents can communicate and live in harmony
