- Introduction
- The view is ensured by increasing the height of the building of Chungju Prugio and due to this reason, open spaces of the main apartment blocks like green spaces and open channel will be expanded. A pleasant environment is created without a polluted air congestion by open spaces and wind paths in the complex, which eliminates the blockage of air circulation. A panoramic view can be enjoyed as the distance between blocks are longer and the number of floors are higher, the building-to-land ratio is minimized as numbers of open channel are decreased in order to create green spaces in the apartment complex for eco-friendly living environment.
