- Introduction
- The important emphasis was made to design unique building with beautiful surroundings while providing cultural complex with offices, theater, and residence amenities. The resemblance of the Arc gives proper impression of Salvation Army building where worship and various cultural events can take place. Sloped interior walkway provides pedestrians and occupiers a unique look and experience of space.
