Introduction: The project was started with a main concept ‘V-Crescendo’ and to achieve three objectives; Sustainability, Global Company, Harmonizing with environment.
Offices, main auditorium and gymnasium are main facilities.
Auditorium and gymnasium provide convenient to local residents.
The office complex frees front plaza to south and Innovative City Avenue to north.
Functional layout, natural ventilation, and optimal natural lights were utilized to make this environmental friendly green building.
The efforts to reduce energy consumption, the window area were reduced while utilizing BIPV surface.
