- Introduction
- Hwaseong Hyangnam 2 Block B4 Apartment Complex is a public rental apartments Commissioned by Miraedo Construction. The site is located at the entrance of Hyangnam District 2 and it is adjacent to the surrounding wide area transportation network and central commercial district, where primary school and public park are closely located. Considering that it is a lease-type complex, the tower-type main pillars, which are disadvantageous to the efficiency of underground spaces, are planned to be excluded in advance, and a flat-type south-facing complex is arranged to facilitate the daylight and ventilation. Although it is a small scale unit type, an innovative floor plan is designed in 4-bay/4 rooms configuration. Deck parking lot was planned considering the 10m level differences of the site. A separate block planning is minimized by utilizing the deck to facilitate neighborhoods living facilities and community facilities connected via sunken.
