- Introduction
- ONER is defined as an “Opinion Leader” with unprecedented brilliance in their respective field, and ONE·R represents the “Only ONE Residence” that captures the dignity, prestige, and life values of its residents. ONE·R CHEONGDAM proposes a new paradigm for living spaces. Transcending simple privacy, it realizes the fundamental concept of home as a “protected sanctuary” from the outside world, providing the independence and openness of a private villa even within a multi-unit residence structure. Furthermore, this project features personalized spaces that highlight each resident’s individuality alongside specialized areas tailored for every family member. It introduces Korea’s first “Sky Garage,” allowing residents to display and enjoy their supercars directly within their living space, and “Lifestyle Rooms” for hobbies and private collections. Hallways are transformed into “Gallery Corridors” for art displays, and the kitchens are fitted with the world’s finest furniture and appliances. The living rooms are masterfully planned to maintain the spatial tension of the narrow, north-south oriented site while maximizing panoramic Han River views. Additionally, the inclusion of private wine cellars, secure vaults, and party rooms perfectly reflects the “Needs and Wants” of the residents. As a result of the uncompromising commitment to exceptional design, ONE·R CHEONGDAM stands as a masterpiece that redefines luxury riverside living through its seamless spatial expansion toward the Han River.
