Design
- Introduction
- Triple tower (Osstem Global Headquarter in Songdo), located in Songdo International City, has been designed within the Bio Mega Cluster to foster advanced IT and BT industries. The tower was planned as Osstem's primary R&D center, consisting of 3 interconnected buildings - Manufacturing, Research and Office. To ensure a cohesive appearance, each building shares common design elements, creating the impression of a single, unified structure. Each facility has its own dedicated entrance and exits for clear independence, while a sky bridge connects the Research and Office buildings to enhance convenience and efficiency for employees. The bridge's rooftop serves as an outdoor rest area for employees, and the green roof helps reduce heating and cooling loads, contributing to energy efficiency. On both west and east side of the site, open public spaces have been created, while the central pedestrian path is surrounded by nature-friendly landscape. These features are designed to improve community accessibility and revitalize local commercial areas. As a global hub for Osstem's future vision and sustainable growth, the Triple Tower will serve as a center for equipment manufacturing, global clinical and training support, R&D innovation, and digital dentistry platform development in the future.
