Design
- Introduction
- Located in the south part of Lotte Magic Island on the Jamsil Seokchon Lakeshore, the site has good residential environment aside from the Lotte World and Lotte Mart. Given this, the project was designed as urban type housing reflecting these circumstantial conditions. In particular, considering the view of the Seokchon lake in the north as the top priority, it is designed with more house units having natural lighting direction in the view of Seokchon lake rather than the south. Moreover, the Harrington Tower is designed with duplex type where it has additional storage space in a narrow residential space in urban type housing or studio apartment, thereby making it different from other residential units in the site.
